I Charles Robb Surveyor aforesaid dou hereby Certifye that upon Careful Examination
of the forgoing Duits I find they Amount in whole to Six pound ten shillings sterling
and that upon the Eighteen Day of November I Delivered to Andrew Gullen Collector
of the said Duties for the Burgh aforesaid an Exact Duplicat of the Above Account
Duly Examined and Compaired with the forgoing which Contained my Oath that
Nottice were Left with the severall parsons before Named or at there Dwelling houses
of the Dates Anexed to their Respective names Requiring them within fourteen Days
to Give in a List of there Carriage or saddle horses Retained or Employed by them from
the 5 Day of April 1799 to the 5 Day of April 1790 and that the said Account
or Survey is Made Out from the List returned to Me and from best Information I could
procure of the Carriage or Saddle horses of thos whouse Lits are Deficiant Negleted or
Refused to give in a List there of in termes of the Nottices Left with them as Aforesaid
