I William Brunton Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that upon
Careful examination of the foregoing Rates & duties I find they amount
in whole to the Sum of £1.15.0 Sterling and that upon the 2d day of
Novr [November] I Delivered to James Blak Collector of the Said duties for
the Burgh aforesaid an exact duplicate of the above accompts duly
examined & Compared with the foregoing which Contained my Oath
that Notices were left with the Several Inhabitants that they were
to be Charged with the Sums Set against their Several Names
