I Duncan MacNuier Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that upon careful examination of the
foregoing rates and dutys I find the same ammounts to Two pounds fifteen shillings sterling
And that upon the 22 March 1788 I transmitted under cover of a Letter by post to the Treasurer of
the Burgh aforesaid an exact Duplicate of the above Accompt duly examined and Compared with
the foregoing which contained my Oath that the same was made out from the Returns made to me
[in] consequence of Notifications given to the several Masters and Mistresses above named, And from
the best Information I could Otherwise Obtain.
