the 22d of Nov 1787 [22 Nov 1787] I did deliver to George Cranstoun Esqr Collector a full copy
of this Acct [Account] wh. [which] contained my oath that the Charges were made in Consequence
of signed Lists delivered by the Inhabitants to me or from the best Information
where such Lists were not ready when called for agreeable to Law & of which
Notices were left for them
