Carefull examination of the foregoing Rates I find they amount in whole
to the Sum of £29 Sterling and that upon the 3d day of Nov
I Delivered to William Rutherford Collector of the Said duties for
the Shire aforesaid an exact duplicate of the above duly examined &
Compared with the foregoing which Contained my Oath that Notices were
left with the Several Inhabitants that they were to Charged with the
Sums Set against their Several Names [signed] Wm Brunton
