Pittenweem 13 Feby. [February] 1798 I Patrick Plenderleath Surveyor of aforesaid
Do hereby Certify that upon careful examination of the foregoing
Rates and duties I find they amount to Three pounds fifteen shillings
and seven pence two tenths Sterling And that I this day delivered
to Robert Pratt Coll. & Treas. [Collector & Treasurer] for said Burgh of
Kilrenny a full Duplicate of this Acct. [Account] containing my
Oath that the preceeding Inhabitants were duly served with
Requisition of the dates foresaid And that they were charged
According to their Several Returns or the best information
And that they were liable to pay the Sums set agt. [against] their several
Names.
