that upon carefull examination I find these Duties to
amt. [amount] to the Sum of Three hundred & fifty three pounds
Sixpence Stg [Sterling] & that this day being the 9th of Mar 1798
I did deliver into the office of George Cranstoun Esq
Collector a Duplicate of this report & I further certify
that the charges agt[against] the Difft [different] Inhabitants
are made either from their returns to my requisitions
or from the best information I could get
when they failed to make such returns.
