I William Laidlaw Surveyor aforesaid, hereby Certify That upon Careful Examination, I find the foregoing Duties amount to the sum of Seven pounds eight shillings sterling, and that I delivered an Exact Duplicate hereof to the Collector of said Duties, which contain an Oath that the persons within named were duly served with Requisitions, and are Charged agreeably to their Returns or according to my knowledge and belief that they were liable for said Duties.
