I William Laidlaw Surveyor aforesaid hereby certify that upon
careful examination I find the foregoing duties amount to the sum of
one hundred & nineteen pounds two shillings sterling and that I
declared an oath that the persons before named were served with requisitions & are charged
agreeable to their returns or according to my knowledge & belief
