To 18 Carts with 2 Wheels £0.18.0
I John Veitch Surveyor aforsaid do hereby Certify that upon Carefull Examination of the
foregoing rates & Duties I find they amount in whole to Eighteen Shillings Str. [Sterling] and that
upon the 17 of March 1786 I transmitted John McAulay of the said duties for the Shire Aforsaid
an Exact Duplicate of the above Acctt. [Account] duly Examined & Compared with the forgoing which Con
tain'd [contained] my Oath, that requisitions were left with the Several Inhabitants or at their Dwelling
Houses of the dates anex'd [annexed] to their respective names and that the assesments were made from
the Answers sent me & now in my possesion -- [signed] John Veitch Junr. [Junior] Surveyor
