I James Watson Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that the above
Mr. Thomas Fairbairn was duly served with a Requisition and Notice
whereby he was to be charged with the duty of the above Carriage
And that upon the twenty fourth day of November last I delivered
to Mr. Robert Murray Collector for the foresaid Borough of
Queensferry an exact Duplicate of this Survey which contained
my Oath to that effect.
