I James Millar Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby Certify that upon careful examination
of the foregoing Rates and duties I find they amount to Eight pounds eight
Shillings Sterg. [Sterling] and that upon the -- Day of Janr. [January] 1798 I delivered to Mr
William Drysdale Collector an exact duplicate of this Account which contained my
Oath that Mrs Christie was charged with payment of the said Duty conform to her
own Return
