I James Millar Surveyor aforesaid hereby Certify that upon careful -
Examination I find the above Duties amount to Forty Six pounds four
Shillings Ster [sterling] and that upon the -- Day of January 1798 I delivered to
Mr John Hutton Collector an exact duplicate of this Account which contained
my Oath that the above persons were duly served with Requisitions and that
they are charged according to their own Returns of the best Information I
could obtain
