I William Laidlaw Surveyor aforesaid hereby Certify that upon Careful examinationI find the foregoing rates amount to the sum of Twelve pounds twelve shillings Sterling
and that I delivered to the Collector of said Duties an exact Duplicate hereof
which contained an Oath that the persons named are duly served with
Requisitions and are charged agreeable to their Return or according to
my knowledge & belief that they were liable in said Duties.
