I Robert Flyter Assistant Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that
upon carefull Examination of the foregoing Duties I find they amount
to the sum of Sixteen Pounds Sixteen Shillings Sterling, that the pre-
ceeding Inhabitant was duly serves with a Requisition, that
he is Charged agreeable to his return to me and that I have
[transmitted] to James Duffus Collector of the said duties an Exact
Duplicate of the foregoing Report
