I James Millar Surveyor aforesaid hereby Certify that upon careful examination
I find the foregoing Duties amount to Eight pounds eight shillings Sterling
and that upon the --] Day of -- I delivered to Mr Robert Hutton
Collector an exact duplicate of this Account which contained my Oath that Mr
Williamson was charged with the above duty conform to his own Return
