Andrew Aitchison Surveyor Do hereby certify That upon carefull examination of the above
rates and duties find they amount in whole to the sum of Twenty Eight pounds and One
Shilling Sterling and that on this day I sent of to Mr Waygateshaw Collector of these duties
an exact duplicate of this account which contained my Oath that the foregoing
Inhabitantes were duly served with requisitions and that they were charged
according to the best of my knowledge and beliefs that they were
liable in said duties
