I James Allan Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that
upon carefull Examination of the foregoing several Rates & duties
I find they amount to Three hundred & twenty pounds Sixteen Shillings Sterling
and that upon the 1st. Current I delivered to Mr Thomas Wingate Collector of the
said duties for the County aforesaid an Exact duplicate of the above Account
duly examined & compared, which contained my Oath that Requisitions were
delivered & Charges made upon the said Inhabitants as Just to the best of my
knowledge & belief -
