Wheel-Carriage Tax

I David Ross Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby Certify that upon Carefull
Examination of the foregoing Rates and Duties I find they amount in whole
to Eighty Eight pounds Sterling and that upon the Eight day of September [1794]
I delivered to Roderick Mackenzie Esq. of Scotsburn Collector of the said Dutys for
the Shire aforesaid an exact Duplicate of the within acct. [account] & duely examined & Compared
with the foregoing which Contained my oath That the above acct. [account] Contained [the]
Number of Carriages returned to me or were keept by the Several masters or
misstreses according to the best of my knowledge or Information
