I William Laidlaw Assistant Surveyer aforesaid do hereby
certify that upon careful Examination I find the
foregoing Duties Amount to the sum of Seven pounds
fourteen shillings and that upon the Tenth day of November
Current I delivered to Provost Johnstone Collector of the said
Duties an Exact Duplicate here of which contained my
oath that the before named Baily Edward Whigham was
duly served with a requisition and that he was charged con-
form to his return and according to my knowledge and belief
that he was liable in said Duties -
