10 per Cent thereon £0.14.0

I Anthony Macmillan Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that
upon careful examination of the foregoing Several Rates &
Duties I find they amount in whole to the sum of Seven
Pounds fourteen Shillings Sterling; and that upon the sixth
day of Decr. [December] one thousand and seven hundred & ninety two years
I delivered to Mr David McLellan Collr. [Collector] of the said duties
for the Burgh aforesaid an exact Duplicate of the foregoing
which contained my Oath a requisition or notice was delivered
or left for the said Robert Douglas within his dwelling house
of the date annexed to his name that was to be charged
with the duty certified to be due from him
