Arbroath for one year from 5th Apl. [April] 1791 to the 5th Apl. [April] 1792 be Daniel Ross Surveyor
I Daniel Ross Surveyor aforesaid do Certify that upon -
careful examination I find the foregoing duties amount to the Sum
of Fifteen pounds eight shillings and that upon the ...
day of ..... I delivered to Mr John Colvile Collector of the said
duties for the Burgh of Arbroth an exact duplicate of this account
which Contained my oath that the above mentioned William Fieldan was
served with a requisition and that he is Charged conformable to his return
to me At Dundee 18th Nov [November] 1791
