69A Survey of the Rates and Duties on Wheel Carriages in the Burgh of Montrose for one year from 5th Apl [April] 1791 to 5th Apl [April] 1792 by Daniel Ross Surveyor.
I Daniel Ross Surveyor aforesaid do Certify that upon careful examination find the foregoing duties amount in all to the Sum Seventy three pounds fourteen shillings and that upon the [-] day of [-] I delivered to Mr John Strachan Collector an exact duplicate of this account which contained my oath that the above persons were served with notifications were delivered to each of the above persons and that they are Charged with and agreeable to their several returns or to the best information I could procure
