[Page] 51Report Survey Wheel-Carriage Tax Burgh of Inveraray
the year ending 5th April 1792 By Duncan MacNuier Surveyor
[I] Duncan MacNuier Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify that upon carefull examination
[of the] foregoing rates and dutys I find they ammount to Eleven pounds Eleven shillings
[and] that upon the 21st Feby. [February] 1792 I delivered to Peter Macarthur Depute Collector
[of] the said dutys for Argyleshire an exact Duplicate of the above amount duly
[examined] and compared with the foregoing which contained my Oath that
[Notices] were given to the forenamed persons or left at their dwelling houses
[of] the date foresaid and that the Account was made up from the Returns
[made] to me in consequence thereof
