I William Johnstone Surveyor Aforesaid do hereby Certify upon carefull examination
I find that the above duties amount to the sum of Nineteen pounds ten shillings Ster. [Sterling]
and that upon the 19 Novr. [November] 1790 I delivered to Mr John Kirk Collector of said duties an
exact duplicate of this Acct. [Accompt] duly examined & Compared which contained my Oath that
the foregoing Inhabitants were served duely with Requisitions and that they were
charged conform to their returns or my knowledge & belief that they were liable
in said duties.
