I Patrick Mcdonald Aforesaid do hereby Certify that Upon careful
Examination of the forgoin Rates and duties in wheel Carriages I find
they Amount in whole to fifteen pound Sterling and that Upon the
Seventh Jany. [January] I delivered Mr. Rannie Coll. [Collector] of said duties an exact
duplicate of the Above Acct. [Account] examined and compared which contained
my Oath that the Several Inhabitants were served with Requisitions
And the Assessment Made up from the lists and answers in
my Possession
