I John Wood Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that upon
carefull Examination I find these duties amount to the sum
of eight hundred and fifty five pounds ten Shillings Str. [Sterling]
and that this same day I did deliver into the office of George
Cranston Esqr. Collector of said duties a full Duplicate of
the Acct. [Account] in which I further Certified that the Charges agst. [against]
the several Inhabitants were either made from their Returns
to my Requisitions, or from the best Information I could get
when they neglected to make such Returns Etc. of which they
recd. [received] due notification
