I William Johnstone Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify That upon carefull examination I found that the
foregoing duties amount to the sum of Four hundred & Sixty Seven pounds ten shillings Sterling
and That upon the 17 Novem. [November] 1790 I delivered to Peter Wilkie depute Collector of said duties an
exact duplicate of this Acct [Account] duely examined & compared which contained my Oath that the foregoing
Inhabitants were duely served with requisitions And that they were charged conform to their returns
& to my knowledge & belief that they were liable in said duties.
