A Survey of the additional duties on four Wheeled Carriages
in the Burgh of Brechin for three Quarters of a year
from the 5th day of July 1789 to the 5th day of April 1790 by Daniel Ross Surveyor

I Daniel Ross Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Sertify
that upon careful examination I find the foregoing
duties amount to fifteen Shillings Sterling and that
upon the of [-] I delivered to Alexander Valentyne
Coll. [Collector] of the said duties for the Burgh aforesaid
an exact duplicate of this acct [account] which contained
my oath that the preceding inhabitant were
duly served with a requisition of the dates aforesaid
and that they are charged conformably to their return
to me or the best information I could procure
