I David Hutcheson Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify that upon
carefull Examination of the foregoing Rates and duties, find they
amount in whole to the sum of Thirteen pounds ten shillings sterling and that
this day I delivered to Thomas Ewing Collector of the said
duties an Exact Duplicate thereof, which contained my oath, [ that]
notices or Requisitions were left with the whole foregoing Inhabitants
or at their dwelling houses, that they were to be charged [with]
the sums hereby certifyed to be due from them.
