I David Hutcheson Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify
that upon careful Examination of the foregoing Rates
and Duties, find they amount in whole to One hundred
& fifty pounds Ten Shillings Sterling - And that this
day I delivered to Thomas Ewing Collector of said Duties
an Exact Duplicate of the above which contained my oath
that Notices or Requisitions were left with the whole foregoing Inhabitants
or at their Dwelling houses of the dates aforesaid, that they
were to be charged with the sums hereby certified to
be due from them.- David Hutcheson Surveyer
