1 Carriage at £3.10.0 is £3.10.0 - Total

I Andrew Liddell Surveyor Do certify that the foregoing Rates & Duties amount
[in whole] to Three Pounds Ten Shillings And That upon 24 October I delivered
to Dugald Gilchrist Collector of said Duties an exact Duplicate of the above
[account] which contained my Oath that Notices were left with the foregoing Masters
[or Mistresses] or at their Dwelling Houses of the respective Dates aforesaid who
have been truely charged according to the best of my Belief or Judgement.
