I John Barclay Surveyor Aforesaid, do hereby certify, that upon careful
examination of the foregoing Rates and Duties, I find they Amount to
Eighty pounds ten shillings, and that upon the ninth day of December
current, I delivered to Roderick McKenzie of Scotsburn, Collector of the said
duties for the Shire Aforesaid, An exact Duplicate of the Above [Accompt]
duly examined & compered with the foregoing which contained my
Oath that the Above Acct. [Accompt] contained the number of Carriages returned to me
or was kept or used by the different Masters or Mistresses , According to
the best of my knowledge or information.
