I James Watsone Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that upon careful
examination of the forgoing Rates and Duties I find they amount in whole [to]
the sum of Forty nine pounds Sterl. [Sterling] And that upon the tenth
day of January current I delivered to Mr. William Napier Collector for
said Borough an exact Duplicate of the forgoing Survey which
[contained] my oath that the several persons beforenamed were duly
[served] with Requisitions and Notices whereby they were to be charged
with the sums hereby certified to be due by them -
