3 four wheel Carriages at £7.0.0 each is £21.0.0
I Patrick McDonald Surveyor do hereby Certify that Upon Careful
Examination of the foregoing Rates and duties on wheel Carriage[s]
I find they Am't [Amount] in whole to twenty One pound and that
I delivered to Thomas Eddie Collr. [Collector] of said duties for the Town [of]
Forres An Exact duplicate of the above Accts [accounts] duly examined
and Compard which Containd My Oath that Notices were
Left with the Several Inhabitants And the Assessment
Made Up from the list And Answers in My possession
