I James Allan Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that upon careful
examination of the foregoing duties they amount to Two hundred and fifty two
pounds Sterling and that upon the first October last I delivered to Mr Thomas Wing??
Collector of the said dutys, an exact duplicate of the Account which contained my
Oath that Requisitions were delivered at their dwelling Houses of the above date
and that they were to be charged with the sums hereby Certified to be due from them.
