Survey Wheel Carriage Tax within the Country of
Orkney from 5th April 1787 to 5 April 1788 By Alexander Fraser Surveyor

Kirkwall 20th Jany [January] 1788 I Alexander Fraser Surveyor
do hereby Certify that the amount of the above Survey is Three
Pounds Ten Shillings and make oath that this day I delivered
to Alexander Fraser Collector of Cess and duties above mentioned
in the Country of Orkney an exact Duplicate here of carefully
examined and Compared with the foregoing
