(Advocate) Collector of the Duties for the County aforesaid, an Exact Duplicate of the above Account duly Examined & Compared with the foregoing, which Contd. (Contained) my Oath, that [Requisitions] were left or made with the whole forgoing Inhabitants or at their dwelling [houses] of the Dates annexed to their Respective Names that they were to Return Respective Lists as therein Required and which they are Charged to the Rates & Duties Set Agt.
