Survey of [Wheel Carriage Tax] in the Several Parishes after mentioned from 5th April 1786 to 5 April 1787 By Hugh McKay afst [assistant] Surveyor.

I Hugh McKay Assistant Surveyor aforesaid do hereby
Certify that upon carefull examination of the foregoing
Several Rates and duties I find they Amount in whole
to the Sum of Twenty one pounds Sterling And
I do make oath that Intimations were given to the
whole foregoing persons or left at their dwelling places
of the Respective dates aforesaid and that the above
Survey or Assessment was made up from the Returns
made to me in Consequence thereof And from the best
Information I could otherwise obtain.
