I Hugh Richmond Surveyor aforesaid, do hereby Certify that upon carefull
Examination of the foregoing Severall Rates & duties I find they amount, in
whole to Three hundred & Ninety five pounds ten Shillings. And that upon
13th day of December Current I delivered to John Durno Adt. (Advocate) Collector of the
Duties for the County aforesaid, an Exact Duplicate of the above Account
duly Examined & Compared with the foregoing, which Contd. (Contained) my Oath, that [Requisitions]
were left or made with the whole forgoing Inhabitants or at their dwelling [houses]
of the Dates annexed to their Respective Names that they were to Return
Respective Lists as therein Required and which they are Charged to the Rates
& Duties Set Agt. (Against) their Severall Names
