I John Veitch Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify
that upon Carefull examination of the foregoing several rates and
Duties I find the amount in whole to the sum of three
hundred and eighteen pounds ten shillings Sterling and
that upon 23 December 1786 I transmitted to Robert
Blair Collector of the said Duties for the shire aforesaid an
exact Duplicate of the above account Duly examined and
Compared with the foregoing which Contained my oath
that requisitions were left with the several foregoing
Inhabitants or at their Dwelling houses with the
dates annexed to their respective names and that the
Assessments were made from the answers sent me
