Queensferry Town WHEEL CARRIAGE TAX Survey from
5th July 1785 to 5th April 1786 by James Allan Surveyor

I James Allan Surveyor Aforesaid do hereby certify that upon
Examination of the foregoing Dutie I find its Amount to be in Whole
Ten Pounds Ten Shillings Ster. [Sterling] and that upon the 8th Current I delivered
to Mr. Robert Chapman Collector for the Town Aforesaid. an exact duplicate
of the Above Account duly examined & Compared with the foregoing which
Contained my Oath that a Requisition was left with the Above Inhabitant
or at his Dwelling House & that he was chargeable with the sum hereby certified
to be due from him
