from the 5th day of Jully last to the 5th Aprile next 1786 By Hugh Richmond Surveyor

16. 4 Wheeled Carriages at £7 pr Annum is for 3 qrs [quarters] £84.0.0
2. 2 Wheeled Carriages at £3.10.0 per Annum is for 3 qrs [quarters] £5.5.0 -- £89.5.0
I Hugh Richmond Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify That upon carefull Examination
of the foregoing Severall Rates & Duties I find I they amount in whole to Eighty Nine
pounds five Shillings Sterling and that upon the 24th day of December last I
caused deliver to Mr James Thomson adt [Advocat]. Collector of the said duties for the Burgh aforesaid
An Exact duplicate of the above account, duly Examined & Compared with the
foregoing, and I do make oath that the above is ajust List Returned by the Severall Inhabitants
in Consequence of the Requisitions made to them of the dates annexed by
Hugh Richmond Surveyor
