Trace 3. 33.10. but is better Known, after passing from Flemington to Melgund, as Melgund Burn. Due attention has been given to the propriety of this name which is recognised by the Revd. [Reverend] Mr Myles & the other respectable authorities quoted, as a proper name, the origin of which is not Known & is therefore spelt from sound. |
