Minnigaff A tolerably sized stream having its source in "Dry Loch" flowing in a Northerly direction until it receives "Pulshaig Burn" during this length it is the boundary between the parishes of Minnigaff & Carsphairn. It ultimately empties itself into Loch Doon. Its name is supposed to be a corruption of Galloway
