026 A small island on the fore-shore "off Ruddons Point",with a bold ridge of broken rocks from the same to line of low water. On the island the surface of which consists of R. [Rough] Pasture, there was formerly a Shooting Lodge no trace of which now remains hence the name.

026 A large bay formed by an inland projection of the Firth of Forth. It is in the shape of a semi-circle extending from Largo Village to Ruddons Point a distance of nearly two Miles. it foreshore is sand.
