I Archibald Duff Surveyor aforesaid as hereby Certify that upon Careful
examination of the foregoing several rates & duties I find they
amount in whole to two pounds thirteen shillings and seven pence
half penny and that upon the twentieth day of March Current
I delivered to Mr James Anderson Collector of the said Duties for the Town of Banff
aforesaid an Exact Duplicate of the above account duly examined
and Compaired with the foregoing which contained my oath [??] notice
were left with the Several Inhabitants or at their dwelling
houses of the dates annexed to their respective names, That they were to be charged
with the sums hereby certified to be due from them.
