I John Wood Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that upon careful Examination I find the
duties do amount to the sum of five hundred & sixty six pounds four shillings & six pence Stg. [Sterling]; And
that this same day being the 5th Dec 1791 I did deliver into the office of George Cranston
Esqr. Collector a full Duplicate of this Acct. [Account] in which I certified that the Charges agt. [against] the
several Inhabitants were made either from Returns to my Requisitions or from the
best information I could procure when they neglected or refused to make such returns.
