and James Roughead Esquire Provost of the Burgh of Haddington
three of the Commissioners of Supply of the County of Haddington and
George Donaldson Depute Clerk to the said Commissioners Do hereby Certify
and Declare that the preceding Book consisting of Twenty three pages
contains a full and distinct copy of the valuation of the County of
Haddington as it presently stands in the Cess Books therefore amounting
in whole to One hundred and Sixty eight thousand eight hundred
and Seventy three Pounds ten Shillings eight pennies Scots In witness
whereof we have subscribed this Certificate at Haddington
the Twenty fourth Day of September one thousand eight hundred
