Survey of the Burgh of Anstruther Easter from 5th day of April 1790 to 5th April 1791 ANSTRUTHER EASTER

I Charles Robb Assessor afore said dow hereby Certify that upon careful examination of the forgoing
duties I find they Amount in whole to one pound seventeen shillings and six pence Sterling
and the ten per Cent Duty to three shillings and nine pence Sterling and that upon the
Fourth day November I delivered to Alexander Clark Collector of the said duties for the Burgh
aforesaid an Exact Duplicat of the Above account duly Examined and compared with the
forgoing which contained my Oath that notices were left with the severall persons before
named or at their Dwelling houses of the dates Annexed to their respective names requiring
them within fourteen days to give in a list of their Carriage or Saddle horses Retained or
Employed by them from the 5 Day of April 1790 to the 5 April 1791 and that the said
Account or Survey is made out from the list returned to me and from the best information
I could Procuer of the Carrs [Carriages[ or saddle horses of thos whous list are dificient neglicted
or refused to give in a list this of in terms of the notices left with them as a forsaid
